Consolidation Solutions BACKGROUND

A. The Client is of the opinion that the Integrator is willing to help the Client to offer Consolidation Service, which includes, payment and transportation, but Integrator is not responsible for Price, Quality control and lead time. The Client needs to inform the third party Chinese Supplier to acknowledge that Integrator will consolidate.

B. The Integrator is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in This Agreement.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Integrator agree as follows:

'OBA Technology SERVICES PROVIDED

The Client hereby agrees to engage the Integrator to provide the Client with the following services :  Consolidation Service, which contains,

1. Consolidation Shipment

2. Payment Arrangement

Remarks, 

1.The Integrator will offer Free Consolidation Service on Condition Of 80% Procurement of 'OBa Products, and 20% of other Chinese suppliers' products.

2.Integrator is willing to help the client to arrange payment and arrange shipment.

3.The clients need to collect the commercial invoice, packing list with goods actual weight and volume weight by themselves,

4.Client needs to inform the third party Chinese Supplier the relationship between Client and Integrator in advance. Also, Client need to send the PO to his vendor to acknowledge that Integrator will consolidate.

5.Integrator is Not responsible for the Price, Quality Control and Lead Time.

6.Integrator only follows Client’s instructions by email, not follow the third party Chinese Supplier’s.
